Why REthinc Leadership? Why now?

The strongest leaders lead with a lens toward diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)

They recognize the power of gathering people with different experiences, engaging them, and leveraging their perspectives to make smart decisions that benefit the team, the community, and the organization. Today’s leaders know that regardless of the industry, supporting people is good business.

The best leaders don’t just value equity—they operationalize their beliefs in the day-to-day work of their organization and  turn them into action. Too many organizations make bold, public commitments to DEI, but lack the knowledge and skill needed to live up to them. And when leaders and companies fail to follow through on their commitments, it hurts their people and their organization.

We can help. Like anyone learning a new skill, leaders need support in understanding the most up-to-date DEI learnings and applications, developing an awareness of how they might unknowingly be contributing to inequities in the workplace, and creating new practices that allow them to make real change and deliver measurable results. REthinc knows these challenges and needs well and is here to support you in your learning. You can become the leader you want to be—finding your own voice, strength, and resilience on matters of difference.
