What processes/practices are you using that you haven’t given much thought around?
As Kenan said, a lot of times we do things because of habit or because someone else before us passed it down.
But, that doesn’t mean we need to keep those practices in place if they’re causing harm within our organization or if they’re not helping us reach our goals.
The more we practice something, the more it becomes a part of our culture, so let's ensure we're practicing the right things because they can make all the difference 🙌
