When you’re upset, but you smile at yourself in the 🪞mirror you instantly feel better! (🤨don’t believe me…try it!)


So, just as that experiment can make you feel better, so can caring about others.


Even if your kid thought it would be cool to put 🥕carrots in your coffee this morning, you got a parking ticket yesterday, & you have 💰multiple bills that are past due– just attempt to ask someone about their day.


You never know… it might change your mood & theirs.
